But with his tight-lipped demeanor, his body, his voice, and most of all, his translucent silences, Ledger gives new depth and meaning to the old "strong, silent" stereotype. Pay particular attention to Ennis' solitary emotional upheaval when Jack first leaves him for the summer, and then again when Ennis goes to visit Jack's parents at the end of the picture. non potrei essere più d'accordo di così.
E più ci penso, più Heath è stato veramente grande. Intendo dire che la prova attoriale di Ledger sembra "crescere", acquistare spessore e sfaccettature man mano che il tempo passa e l'approccio al film si fa meno emotivo e più ragionato. Insomma, mentre all'inizio quello che mi premeva di più seguire era la storia, il modo di dipanarsi degli eventi, le psicologie etc, in seguito ho potuto soffermarmi di più sui dettagli tecnici dell'interpretazione dei due ragazzi: entrambi straordinariamente efficaci, ma Heath -- almeno per me -- è un tantino (almeno) al di sopra di tutti. Una prova da lasciare col cuore in subbuglio e con il cervello stupefatto di fronte a tanta maestria. La cosa un po' mi preoccupa. Ripetersi a quei livelli sarà difficile, specialmente in mancanza di soggetti all'altezza di BBM, cosa che temo sia molto probabile, almeno a breve termine.
