who needs that thing? maybe we can have our own awards! Yes, awards for REAL heroes - be it actors, directors, writers etc. be they gay, st8, bi or whatever. Awards that comes truly from the hearts, given to those truly deserving ones, nomatter their sexuality, or whatever.

Let's call it The Jack & Ennis Award, for bravery, courage, truthfulness that celebrate life!!!

Hey All!

I think now is HIGH TIME we take a different look at The Academy & the Oscars. Yes i know we are all over it but since we are still at this topic, we talk about it.

Over the years, many of us, Americans & the world had viewed Ocars as the benchmark to rate the movies. But now ever since the BBM snub, we now know how they feel about movies & what they truly are.

1 of the top Asian filmakers had remarked publicly that he couldnt cared about the Oscars at all as to him, it's how Americans view their world & movies. But now, I think it's more accurate to say it's what the Academy is really. I'm sorry if i hurt some peopke's feelings as the Oscars had been long held as an American institution & criticisms on it it's like on the American public as a whole. But now I see that it's not the case as BBM had boldly shown us all.

So my point is, dont let the Academy/Oscars dictate what's best or not. WE DECIDE OURSELVES!!!!!!!!

I'd actually fell out of interest of the Ocars for yeras but bcoz of BBM. I tuned in to see it win but then again............

well, I think I might be better off doing or even not doing anything than to watch it again!

You are right. We decide ourselves and collectively we think BBM is the best picture of our hearts.
