OK first things first..I am talking about the British DVD (UK Zone 2)
a) I got it on the 24th...
b) There isn't this annoying add at the beginning about pirating/downloading movies off the internet..it goes straight to the menu..
c) I like the fact that the menu has moving images..not just one frame...
d) All the little clips on the menu include BBM, Jake or Heath...no Lureen or Alma..sorry
BUT most of ... I love my DVD..because...when the movie ended this morning, it went back to the menu..and guess what music plays during the menu?
The Wings...non stop..over and over again, until I either decide to change the DVD, watch the Special Features or switch it off!
I luv it , luv it...luv it....

I love my (also UK Region 2) dvd because it's of Brokeback Mountain.
No other reason required (although yours are very valid too Frog123) :)

Frog - ditto!! I swear i shed a tear when the menu came up with all the beautiful images from the film and the fabulous 'Wings' playing. It's just brill! ;D

I love it because it's "Brokeback Mountain"!! I also love it because I can watch it virtually any time I want to, sometimes to the annoyance of my partner. ;D I've been ordered (i.e., forbidden) to put it on the big screen TV while he is home, so I'll go into the den or guest room and put it on. The cats come and veg with me and we have a great time while my partner makes sarcastic comments and "hmmpffs" around the house. Partners can be so cute sometimes... ;)

I love it cos it has a wipe clean cover for when I drool over the boys. Couldn't do that with magazines.

Because I can watch it again and again and again and again and again . . . . And when I select "play" from the main menu, you see a brief scene of our boys riding their horses, with another brief clip from "Wings." And I can watch at home and at work (when my office mate is out!). And on my computer and on the TV. And turn the sound up as loud as I want to. Bliss. :)

I just love the menu too. The music, the scenes chosen, the special coloration of the image.... I just love it :D

Don't worry Froggy, I've already watched the bonuses and few scenes, but I'm waiting the best time to watch it in full ;)
I have some idea of how I will be after the viewing so I must be prepared for it lol.

I love it my DVD full sceen region 2 because i'll watch it every day, every night all the scenes, all the kisses, all the hugs, all the tears and over everything all the love... do you need another reason to do it... is just love pure and sincere <^( <^( <^( <^(
