CUTEST:

The two scenes that I think Ennis has the cutest expression on his face, and where he kind of turns into Heath for a moment are:
1. When Ennis tells Jack about his childhood and Jack turns to him. Ennis looks SO adorable when he turns to Jack and asks "What?"

2. When Jack is taking a leak and Ennis is sitting there enjoying his beans (which is funny itself), and he says "mmmm," then he looks up when Jack is returning. He looks SO ADORABLE with that expression.

SEXIEST:

1. When he walks into the bedroom right before sitting on the bed, and you can see "it" under his pjs thanks to have nothing on underneath.

2. When he sits on the bed and Alma comes up from behind him. His face and body language look so sexy I can hardly stand it.

3., Of course, when he is fighting Jack off twice in the tent. He is so manly and sexy.

4. When he comes upstairs after the reunion and is standing there breathing so heavy from the kiss he can hardly speak.

5. And, of course, the entire first tent scene leaves me breathing heavy with him when they are staring intensely into each other's eyes, and then Ennisi roughly flips him over.

WHEWWWW, just thinking about it. Damn!

CUTEST?  The scene when we see Ennis's face light up like the sun with the most beautiful smile when Jack renacts the *rodeo* ride. I loved it.

Without a doubt SNIT, with the reunion scene a close second. My heart just melted at the devastating, unexpected kiss. and the way he looked at Jack in that reunion scene...like a piece of  juicy  fruit he could'nt  wait to taste.... YUM.

When he stands up, hat in hand, and walks to the tent that second night, like his body is taking him somewhere his brain thinks he shouldn't be going. Although, I do love the "whut?" moment too.

Has to be the reunion. The way he grabbed Jack and dragged him into the stairwell so he could kiss the hell out of him...gets me every time.

CUTEST: I've always found lovely the way he enters into the tent in SNIT,with the hat covering his crotchal area,as if he feels ashamed of what he was feeling.And the way he dries his lips after the reunion kisses when He's going to introduce Jack to Alma,for me is really cute.You can add also the smitten little glance he gives Jack after saying "Hell,it's the most I've spoke in a year"...


SEXIEST: The intensity of his glance directly into Jack's eyes in FNIT,the face full of desire He's looking at him.The way he caresses,kisses and embraces Jack's body in SNIT;as if he was something very delicate,at the point of breaking ,but with the strenght of an intense sexual desire.And,of course,the passion he feels in all the reunion scene,specially his face after their kissing when he realises someone can see them and just before the nose nuzzle.

  When Ennis orders the soup from the basque. It's not him that's sick of beans, but he's doing it for Jack. But he'd never tell. AAWWWW.

 Sexiest: Any scene where he's cooking or riding his horse. I love a man who can cook and he seemed to enjoy it.!  I loved the scene after FNIT where he is riding the ridge. So, so SEXY and thinking of his night with Jack. I love to imagine what he  was thinking.....

I agree with all of those too. I forgot one in my list. When they are at the campfire the last night, and Jack talks about the affair with the foreman's "wife. I love the way Ennis looks at Jack, and says "And you'd probably deserve it," after Jack jokes about getting shot by Laureen or the husband. He looks at him with such incredible love in his eyes. %)Another example of Heath's exceptional acting abilities. :\'(

The sexiest is when he stands against Aguirre's trailer, trying to hide his interest as Jack first gazes on him.

Yeah, I like that toothbrush scene too. I have no idea why, but I do.

I also think it's really cute how when he introduces Jack to Alma, as he is hardly able to breathe, he sounds so proud and happy when he does it. And then you can tell he's in a huge hurry to end all the introduction bullshit (he's looking down the whole time, mumbling "yeah" when Jack talks about his new life), and get the heck out of there to the motel.

I alway thought it was cute when Jack said that his child smiles a lot and Ennis looks at Alma with a big smile, I guess trying to share a fake moment or something.

And both of them are indeed so sexy in the SNIT.  Ennis's shyness and his holding back only makes it more sexy, IMO.

Yes,it's a great mistake for me not having included this pre- reunion scene as one of the Ennis cutests... The way he's waiting for Jack,so nervous,so vulnerable although he's always "disguised" as a rough man;and,above all,the way his face brightens when he sees him arriving,a total change that is really,really lovely...

Oh I love this idea!!!!    Love reading everyone's ideas of what they consider cute and sexy.. but there are so many!!  It's really hard to choose.

I adore that "more words I spoke in a year" scene - everything about it.  The acting, but the pauses between the words....how they managed to do that, remember, with Jack listening intently at Ennis, realising he was finally opening up to him....oh god, I could talk about that scene alone for hours.  And when Ennis, cup held tightly to his chest, hardly able to look up at Jack, says

"What?"

Yeah Christie, the "What?" is so cute.  I could talk about the both of them in that scene for hours too. I also think they are both cute in the shooting the elk scene- Ennis with that proud little hint of a grin. And right before FNIT when he throws the bottle and says "shit"  and then when he's crawling on the ground and pointing up saying "It's too late to go up to them sheep" and then he groans- I make that sound too  That's my Ennis sound.  I think that's cute because it cracks me up.
