Ancora il tema del rimpianto, di un amore che non si ha il coraggio e la forza di vivere appieno. E le due frasi che seguono e che sono tratte dal film, potrebbero benissimo essere state pronunciate rispettivamente da Ennis e Jack

Riguardo alla Streep più in generale. Ha un tale carisma da illuminare anche film medi (Prime, che citava Fabio, sarebbe poca senza la chimica fra le due attrici protagoniste).

Ottime scelte, Alessandro. In particolare in THE HOURS la Streep è perfetta anche quando gira le chiavi nella toppa (e lo fa spesso nel film). Angels in America, poi! Finalmente qualcuno che ha amato quel serial!
