More infos :

DVD Edition Simple : 19.99€
- le film
- le film annonce (trailer)
- Galerie photos

DVD Edition Collector : 24.99€
- le film
- le film annonce (trailer)
- Galerie photos
- "Etre cowboy"
- "Ang Lee, réalisateur de coeur"
- "Du script à l'écran"
- "L'histoire partagée : Making-Of"

DVD Ultimate Edition (Edition Prestige) : 39.99€
- le film
- le film annonce (trailer)
- Galerie photos
- "Etre cowboy"
- "Ang Lee, réalisateur de coeur"
- "Du script à l'écran"
- "L'histoire partagée : Making-Of"
- Le CD de la B.O.F. du film (BBM OST)
- Un livre illustré inédit (an unreleased photo book)
- Le roman "Brokeback mountain" de Annie Proulx, édité chez Grasset (the short story)
- Un jeu de tirage photos du film (a film photos set)
- Un morceau de pellicule originale (a piece of the original film)

NOTA :
Langages : french, english
Sub-titles : french (no english sub-titles!!)
134 min

So, my opinion :
I love the covers!!!!!!!!!!!!
The simple edition is very light : the film + the trailer + pics galerie.
The collector edition is like the UK edition + the trailer and the pics galerie.
The ultimate edition is quite good with goodies : the short story, the OST, an image book, a set of photos and a piece of the film. :D
I'm gonna take the ultimate edition, even if I've already got the short story and the OST. I think I'll also take the simple edition to lend it to my friends.

Sadly no really new bonus  :-\

prestige editon  :o :o Gotta have this one. Is it dubbed with French?

Since I know all the dialogues, it would be fun just to listen to how Ennis and Jack speak in French.  :D

See, I would enjoy French classes so much more if they used Brokeback as the film for us to watch, rather than videos about life in France!
He will be eternally missed, but he will never be forgotten

Christopher Nolan, accepting the Best Supporting Actor Golden Globe on Heath's behalf.

He was, as an actor and a professional and a human being, one of a kind

Charles Roven, accepting Heath's BAFTA.

This award tonight would have humbly validated Heath's quiet determination to be truly accepted by you all here — his peers within an industry he so loved.

Kim Ledger, accepting Heath's Oscar.

So far I see the Collector Edition, Prestige Edition and the Ultimate Edition.  Is that correct?

Correct, be aware it's a zone 2 DVD.  Since you are in USA, I believe, your player must be a zone 1.

And it's in PAL so your DVD player has to play both multizone and also PAL/NTSC.  Coby (brand) has a few players that have built-in PAL to NTSC converters and these players are pretty cheap.  I got one from a supermarket for $19.99!!!  You can find the "secret" key punches on the remote to make it region free on videohelp.com  If you have a lot of the newer LCD/Plasma panels, they take native PAL signals too, so you don't necessarily have to get a player with a PAL to NTSC converter.

Yes, it's just that the packaging of the ultimate (prestige) edition and of the collector edition is different from the previous pics I had. Its black here and was white before...  ???

Yes I've never seen any Fullscreen DVD in France. Actually I even didn't know it existed before BBM DVD, so I had never paid attention.
In France we have generally "Ecran 16/9ème compatible 4/3".
