I think there should be a good balance between verbal and wordless communication -- if any relationship is to be successful. In amny cases, it is the TIMING that matters. A single word said at the wrong time can have major consequences.
IMO, it is much more difficult trying to dissemble via actions rather than words. But one can, in many cases, read the sincerity of words by the accompanying body language and expressions, correct?
The balance is not so easily achieved...
