Yes, I also believe that Heath wouldn't do it in a melodramatic, over-the-top kinda way... I'm sure that it was still subtle and faithful to Ennis's carachter. Heath knew Ennis and understood him, he got into his skin, he would'nt shoot a scene that was against his nature. I'm sure it was totally gut-wrenching. :\'(
I agree, if Heath's acting is even half as good as it is in what we
do see,or in the alleyway scene,as ksxks mentioned, then it deserves to be seen by the world, just so we can appreciate his talent.Denying us that is like when people buy priceless works of art, then lock them away in a vault, where no-one can see them or enjoy them
That said, I wouldn't want to see it as a new version of the film but as a deleted scene. I would happily pay for a new dvd just to see it
