Absolutely gorgeous!

>>>Jake...so pretty to look at. (not my type though).

I am liking all these pictures but Ethan, how can you say he isn't your type?!! lol - Jake is everyone's type..what I mean is, there's something there for everyone  ;)  Sorry, that's just something one of my friends said who I went to see BBM with - afterwards, when I brought up Jack/Jake, he just sighed and said 'there's something there for everyone!' It amused me and is true.  Jake has mass appeal I think.

Those are great pics - thanks to everyone who posted.  I must say, he doesn't shy away from removing his clothes does he?! *thank the lord* lol.

I love the pics of he and Heath at the Directors Guild awards (on page 5 of the thread I think).

I agree with Ethan, yes he is good looking, but I'll reject 100 Jakes for 1 Heath!!!

No way Froggy lol - well ok, I will concur that Heath is very beautiful too, but of the two of them, Jake is more attractive (IMO)-those eyes are amazing! He is like walking Viagra lol.  And he has a beautiful body as well - the man is hotter than a bottle of Tabasco on fire in the desert.

I like how he doesn't shy away from taking his clothes off either.  Almost like he does not mind being objectified in the way that women have been for aeons.  And I sense we have not seen the best of Jake yet; he is a Superstar in the making.  :)

Yep, I see it now Froggy - Heath is definitely very hot! *rolls a dice and recites 'Heath or Jake, Heath or Jake'*  ;)

BTW, what does the French quote translate to in English - I would've said 'Each to their own' (i.e, we all like different things, but am not sure if this is it?)  Or is it 'Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder?'

Thanks Froggy!  I like that quote.  I just remembered that 'each to their own' is 'chacun a son gout.'  But Jake is still fitter than a butcher's dog, especially in the early BBM scenes.  I love when he says to Ennis 'It ain't nobody's business but ours.'  His look of innocence and sexuality is beautiful.

A HUGE THANK YOU  to everyone who has posted pix of Jake.  The man is gorgeous beyond belief!

I haven't seen Jake in many movies, but I've always liked his performances in each one.  He's a very good actor.  I've seen "October Sky," "The Day After Tomorrow," "Proof,"  and BBM, of course.  "Jarhead" is on our Netflix list, and I'll put "Donnie Darko" on it, too.

THANK YOU all again, and Big Hugs to all of you!  I'm so grateful for this forum, and for all of you who share my obsession!

I read an interview with Jake (talking about Jarhead) on the BBC website where he said that getting naked for him is no big deal - seems like he loves taking his clothes off, which is good for us lol.  I will try and find the interview now and paste the link.
