Many years ago, I was walking past a magazine stand and stopped dead in my tracks... Vanity Fair's cover photo was Armand Assante who, at the time, I was so star-struck in love with.  The photo took my breath away.  I bought the mag just for it's cover and hung it up over my desk at work.

Lately pictures of Jake have been having the same effect on me.  My heart stops ever so briefly and a few make me gasp out loud.  I get this giggly, girly ache in my stomach.  I want to print out every one and hang them all up so I can look at them all the time.  Except I'm 40-something now... too damn old for this teeny bopper stuff.

Aren't I?

Hmm, maybe not.

Well  Cara, I don't know about girly things... but I forget just what it was that I was doing whenever I see Jake, or hear his name and I have a whole entire photo album (digital) devoted to his image.

Teeny bopper, maybe, but who cares.  I'm over 40 too and I so enjoy how he makes me feel like a kid again, giggly girly or not.

Never too old...

Jim

You're not too old!! I'm 39, but I don't feel like it! Especially when I am looking at these pics of Jake!!!
Jake is so beautiful!!! He has the most gorgeous lips/mouth I believe I have ever seen on a man!! He is truly magnificent!
and anyway...I'm kind of enjoying feeling like a teeny bopper again!

My goodness you are mere babies.  :o

I'm a 49 year old man...shouldn't have crushes!

But this Jake Gyllenhaal.......and it's funny I usually hate unshaven men....but he is sooooo sexy. Am I the only one that likes him looking rough?
