Really nice photography!  Not to mention, really nice Jake.

I like his hair like this.

Nice trip through the movies, Twisted -- thanks.  And who has seen only ONE Jake movie?  That would be me.  But soon to remedy that.

Good night, Twisted.  Beautiful pic -- the last one... :)

Posing for pictures at the John Mayer concert in September:

(1) Yes, that last pic -- when he has that very soft look in his eyes.  So many looks, so many moods, so much beauty!

(2) Very cool -- thanks, babe!  I love seeing this.

Caricature brings out the asymmetries in Jake.  But even if specific features are distorted/exaggerated, we still recognize Jake:

I'd like to see another caricature, a better one actually.  I recognize him, but I don't think this is a great caricature.

There are so many beautiful pix of them both.  This is my favorite:

Yes, I love this one.  And Ang looks fine in blues.

I just got kicked off line, the dread blue screen...but everything's okay.  Worries me even though I take precautions.

His look here is perfect.  Don't you agree, kathy?  This is near the ideal Jake look.  And the eyes are piercing blue shafts of light directed at the viewer.

Yes, I do agree.  Perfect.  Not tuxedo type perfect, but perfect in this tousled way.  Everything is just right...and his eyes do certainly catch you, don't they?  I'll have to study up on blue eyes, see what psychologists, artists, social anthropologists and such say.  Blue eyes are incredible.  But more than that, it's Jake's blue eyes.  IMHO.

So very gorgeous  <^(  <^(  <^(

Yes, indeed.  I don't know exactly how to describe it, but this is like "your boyfriend."  One's boyfriend.  A "boyfriend" style.  It just looks like someone's boyfriend.  Or maybe that's just wishful thinking.  Not mine, of course, but he needs to be someone's boyfriend.  Any takers?

Okay, there you go.  This is a great one.  I'm not a huge fan of caricatures, but I appreciate them for what they are.

Greenfrog, do you know that this is just about almost my favorite Jake?  These soft-toned, earth-toned (yes, sir, Thomas) clothes and hair, so beautiful on him.

Yes very plenty ;)

Who wouldn't want this young charming man, huh? ;) :*(
The most difficult scene was the paragraph where, on the mountain, Ennis holds Jack and rocks back and forth, humming, the moment mixed with childhood loss and his refusal to admit he was holding a man.

- Annie Proulx -

From the vibration of the floorboard on which they both stood, Ennis could feel how hard Jack was shaking.
