I was so tired that I fell asleep watching the evening news. I woke up at 1:00 am to turn off the TV!

You lucky thing. The two last nights I slept less than 4 hours each one. I'm dead tired and too much work.

The problem is it wasn't because of no time to sleep but due to my sleeping problems in general. I lay awake hours...
