It seems to be the same scene -- just when Jack finished saying "Is there a problem?", because of the way his arms are shown akimbo in this pic, am I correct?  What's different is that the vantage point in this pic is a bit further away.  I was fascinated -- seeing this scene from a vantage point a bit more removed from both of them.
