Yes, it is from 1963. It's a (natural) continuum to these scenes:

I know people have said this a million times, but I wish we could have seen more kisses and intimacy in the later fishing trips. Both actors said that kissing each other didn't bother them, they just got on with it (they were more worried about making it look convincing) so a few more kisses wouldn't have gone amiss, to show that they were just as in love with each other in 1983 as they were in 1963. As it is, it just seems like all they did was bicker, and I didn't like it cos I knew they still loved each other, it wasn't just about the sex :-\\

Thinking of it, you're right, I would be happy too if they were more of kisses and intimacy scenes, tenderness and all, don't know why Ang choose to show so few, I think there is a thread about this somewhere, gonna look for  :s)
