Is this really from the Original jumping scene?

As we all know, it isn't Jake who's jumping. .. but it's remarkable they used a pic for this collage where it is so OBVIOUSLY not Jake.

I always wondered how Ennis managed to live inside so tight skin... skin that never allowed him a single move towards happiness. I guess the whole life was a torture for him.

Thank you so much, loreen!

And yes, Ennis' story is made out of sad - but it's a big comfort he had Jack in his life, even if they only had one shining summer
and a couple of weeks each year after the reunion. I'm rather sure he had at least a taste of happiness there.
But in between and later, alone again, yes, I think too he felt a grave lonliness.
