Dommage Simone mais c'est certain l'Espagne en Septembre c'est plus calme et le temps est agréable...

Je vais avoir des révisions à faire pendant quelques jours donc il faudra que je laisse un peu le PC mais de temps en temps je viendrai faire une virée car je ne vais pas étudier sans arrêt.. ^*)
Donc je vais essayer de faire rentrer dans ma petite tête de moineau tout ce que je dois apprendre pour ne pas me faire éjecter...j'ai déjà passé le cap des préselections, maintenant il me reste l'oral dans 3 semaine et je suis hyper stressé... ^*(); Il faudra un miracle pour me faire émerger de la masse des participants.. :(

Crois-tu vraiment n'avoir qu'une petite tête de moineau !  J'en doute !  De quels examens parle-tu ?  et de quelles présélections ?  Pour un job ?

Non, dans mon administration on gravit des échelons et là j'ai l'opportunité de sauter deux grades mais je dois affronter un oral avec trois examinateurs....et c'est déjà la panique avant l'heure !!! ???

Quand tu seras en face de tes examinateurs,  imagine les entrain de faire pipi sur un pot de chambre  ;D, c'est un vieux truc que me donnait ma mère quand je flippais aussi avant mes examens oraux  ;)

Je l'ai fait aussi mais, quand je me trouvais devant eux, mon cerveau se transformait en gélatine et tout ce que je connaissais si bien restait figé dedans !  Paralysie due au trac  :(

Si tu es sur de toi, que tu maîtrises bien ta matière, tu en sortiras, "croix de fer, croix de bois". Avant d'entrer dans la salle, inspires longuement à fond, retiens ton souffle 5 secondes et expires trèèès lentement, 3 fois de suite et tu te sentiras tout-à-fait détendu (en ne pensant à rien d'autre qu'à ces exercices respiratoires).  ^f^

ça oui c'est vrai on m'a conseillé de rester calme, pas paniquer sinon ils vont me destabiliser encore plus

Le matin vers 9/10h...Donc, la veille au soir, "tu ne révises plus rien" et tu regardes un bon film, pourquoi pas BBM et tu vas dormir tôt en pensant à tous tes ami(e)s.  Le matin du jour J tu te lèves lentement, tu t'étires avec délectation, tu prends une douche tiède, tu manges des céréales, et tu t'en vas calmement en regardant les choses que tu croiseras en chemin SANS PENSER A CE F...U EXAMEN.  :^^)
