Yes!  Especially in the quote "Ennis, quit hammering and get in here!" -- Jack says Ennis's name in such a wonderfully sexy way.  And the way we see him smile at the end of that scene (right before the actual FNIT scene) -- it is as if he is telling himself:  I have him now! -- where I want him!

He was cute and sexy there indeed!  I mean - Jack in the tent! Not even Ennis could resist. 

Anyway, I was reffering to all of Jack's way with Ennis - he pronounces his name in so dear way. It is more that obvious what Jack feels. 
When he said: What in the hell happened (Ennis)? (after mule was scared by a bear) This question could have absoultely been raised without pronouncing the name, but in that one word - "Ennis" was compressed all his love for his friend. Saying Ennis' name was very significante IMO. And cute.... and sexy...

I agree.  But especially in his calling out Ennis's name right before FNIT -- there was a palpable sense of urgency and edge to it.  One can interpret it too be sleepiness.  But one can also sense the bright sharp edge of passion/hunger peeking out.

Sure it was hunger for Ennis. Each situation had it's own edge and hunger in it. The night before FNIT it was sexual hunger, after the bear it was love and care, and after punching Ennis in nose was a compassion and tenderness. But always spoken through the name of the man he loved - Ennis! And all three situations are very very cute and sexy just because Jack's warm reaction.

I understood what tpe meant, sure. Its just that I wanted to point out that Jack always spoke out loud Ennis' name in such a loving (or sex hungry  ) manner. Ennis never reciprocated. He spoke out Jack's name only before reunion kiss and during FC. Even when Jack drove 14 hours after Ennis' divorce, he said : "Hey, what are you doing here?" There's no "Jack! What are you..."

The way Jack always calls Ennis makes him so sexy!

I see.  Well, in the reunion scene, we do hear a meaningful urgency in Ennis's voice when he call's out Jack's name.  But perhaps there is more obvious joy in his voice, and that this joy meaked a little bit the raw hunger.

I truely believe that because Ennis was himself, it allowed Jack to show Ennis that he was all for him and Ennis took charge of his feelings for the moment...I think this burning passion was something that led to their relation blossom at the next level the next night

But Jack's daring and Ennis' need for tenderness and love had concur the awkwardness and they made the first brave step in FNIT. Expectantly, their mutual feelings were strong enough to lead them further the very next day.

In fact, we can imagine how strong and deep their feeling were, when they started the romance which was condemned in advance by the society. Such a pity that they didn't know on time that what they really had was love! One of a kind!
