Heath Ledger
The combination of Heath's natural good looks and choice of film role (knight in shining armour, Casanova, errrm gay cowboy) make him pretty irresistible. Add in to the equation the fact that he's a down-to-earth Aussie who shuns the whole glitzy Hollywood side of the things in favour of keeping it real, and well, we're in love basically.

From peasant to knight in A Knight's Tale, Heath scrubbed up very well indeed!
