I hadn't even noticed that; I was just appreciating their matching outfits, the butch/femme versions of the same thing. But yes, I see that paunch. In reality, it could be an illusion -- the way he's standing, a thick shirt under his sweater, whatever. But yes, it's Heath, so we don't care. I think it's cute. I saw some recent-ish pap pic where it looked like he was getting a bit of a paunch...but he's probably disciplined and can deal with rising and falling weight, etc. Unlike some of us. (Wouldn't you hate to have to put on 20 pounds for a part...and then be expected to lose it?)
