When I first saw the outfit I thought, WTF??! ^*() I mean, obviously he dressed like that on purpose, and even bottuned up his vest wrong on purpose. Then when I thought about it some more I figgured he's probably trying to make a statement by showing up like that. Something like you said Froggy, like "I don't give a shit what people should wear for a red-carpet-event. This is who I am whether you like it or not, I couldn't care less".
