In a way, though, I like this, as it makes him look bad.

As much as I like long-ish hair on men, I agree also, though, that shorter is better for him, it seems.  It's just too unmanageable, it looks like, when it's long.  How about like this in the pic below?  A nice length; not too much longer than this.  Though I also do like him with his hair buzzed short -- which I usually don't like on men that much.
