thanks, i get confused sometimes mainly bcz there are some pics which in my opinion are pap pics and they still get posted here, so it's difficult to find the rule, but with matilda's pics it's ok, i get it 
Hello koolkat. We allow pix from all public events like basketball games, concerts, award shows, and the like. Pix of Heath at a NY Knicks game are, for example, allowed because they are attending a public function and are expected to be photographed by fans. But pix of Heath walking down a street to do some groceries is clearly not acceptable, since he is there as a private individual, and we respect his privacy as such.
Certain cases can be more difficult to judge. When in doubt, you can PM me or keren or any other mod and we can check with the other mods for clarification.
