LOGOONLINE.com Awards Results

Hi All,
I cannot see a previous thread for this? Anyway the results are now in for the 50 greatest LGBT films and our beautiful BBM film won.(Rightly so ;D) Apologies if this is old news,but i can't find anything here about it.There is an online survey you can take for BBM with 8 questions.I submitted mine,not sure what they intend to do with them,but it's a nice little question and answer poll.

Yeah,great news isn't it.I haven't seen 'Priscilla',but 'Beautiful Thing' is no surprise at No.2.

Hey Jennis

This is fantastic!  I feel so proud!  I've just done the survey too, the fantasy question was a litle weird IMO, but still interested to know what they plan to do with all this info.

I haven't seen all the films listed, but Priscilla is wonderful - saw that in the cinema and it's certainly an experience I won't forget in a hurry.  Have watched Torch Song Trilogy and Desert Hearts, both brilliant in different ways.

Seen some of those films, loved Torchsong, Priscilla , Beautiful thing and others,  but Maurice for me is the second best gay themed movie I have seen. Until I watched BBM this was the gay movie to make me cry every time.

So Glad our movie won this.

Is this the MTV Awards thing?  I noticed as the web page was loading on my computer it was getting things from the MTV web site.

If it is not the MTV Awards, has anyone heard who the nominations are?

Of course, Brokeback Mountain can have no equal. But I agree with Tombul, I loved the film Maurice too. So tender, so beautiful. It was the painfulness of desire at last fulfilled that got me. So, I confess, I just cheated : I went to the site and voted for Maurice as best film  :P

Patriot1,it's the LOGO awards,nothing to do with MTV.That award show is not until June 3rd.I heard a rumour that our BBM boys were being nominated for best kiss.No idea if it's true,but i hope so.

I think LOGO might be owned by either MTV or VH1.  I noticed that the LOGO special and the VH1 BBM special that was aired were the identical program except for the logo at the beginning.
