Equality Magazine Interview with Ang

I've looked around the site and don't see any other mention of this interview.  If I'm repeating someone, my apologies.

"Equality" is a magazine for the membership of the Human Rights Campaign.  You may recall that the HRC gave Ang Lee an "Equality Award" this past spring.  In the current issue of "Equality" there is a wonderful interview with Ang, in which he answers questions like why he thinks that "Jack and Ennis are Gay -- not just two people who fall in love under the circumstances."  His response is brief and, to me, right on the mark.

There is also a lovely side bar article in which Anne Hathaway says that she's going to be a bridesmaid in the weeding of her brother Mike to his partner of five years, Josh.

Every word the Brokeback Mountain teams says, no matter where they say it, makes me love them and respect them more and more.

You can join the HRC (a very worthy organization) at www.hrc.org, and get them to send you the magazine. I don't know if it is otherwise available.  Allan

I wasn't able to get this mag as they won't post outside the U.S.,but they did tell me this article will be going up on their website in the near future.Thanks again for info and scans.
