My estimate is that it takes between a thousand to two thousand 10 votes to change by 0.1.   A trick these people do is to click the 10 button in very rapid succession (before the page changes) in order to log multiple votes at the same time.  Do the same for the love of Mr. Gyllenhaal.  :)
