Time again to say good night.

Between Jake and Oscar, I'd choose Jake.  No contest.  :)

What does he do anyway, get up and say, I think I'll have a photoshoot today?  There are so many pics of him in studio settings, "model" type pics.  I'm just curious about this.  He's like a model, always having shoots.  Not like at events -- I get that -- but like these photo sessions like this one.  (Is this the same session as others where he's doing like martial arts poses?)

Not that I'm complaining!

Heath has some amount of this type of shoot also, not at events or interviews, but in a photographer's studio or setting.  But not as much as Jake I think.  Jake is so like a print model.  I'm so glad, though, that he is so much more than that, or we'd have just seen him in men's clothing magazines, etc.

Curious minds want to know.

Why should I be out of mind
because I am out of sight?
I am waiting for you,

just around the corner.
All is well.

I love this one:

“What Jack remembered and craved in a way he could neither help nor understand was the time that distant summer on Brokeback when Ennis had come up behind him and pulled him close, the silent embrace satisfying some shared and sexless hunger."

Here's one of Jake with his hero Lance Armstrong and Discovery Channel Pro Cycling Team boss Johan Bruyneel

He will be eternally missed, but he will never be forgotten

Christopher Nolan, accepting the Best Supporting Actor Golden Globe on Heath's behalf.

He was, as an actor and a professional and a human being, one of a kind

Charles Roven, accepting Heath's BAFTA.

This award tonight would have humbly validated Heath's quiet determination to be truly accepted by you all here — his peers within an industry he so loved.

Kim Ledger, accepting Heath's Oscar.
