The most difficult scene was the paragraph where, on the mountain, Ennis holds Jack and rocks back and forth, humming, the moment mixed with childhood loss and his refusal to admit he was holding a man.

- Annie Proulx -

From the vibration of the floorboard on which they both stood, Ennis could feel how hard Jack was shaking.

Why should I be out of mind
because I am out of sight?
I am waiting for you,
for an interval,
somewhere very near,
just around the corner.
All is well.

I love this series.  The pink shades look familiar, no?

Somewhere in London, I would assume?  :)

ok guys and gals..I have just gone through some 70 pages of this thread, from nr 1 and removed pap shots.. I figure it is only fair to remove the earlier ones before we made our rule of no pap shots.

If I have missed  some or removed wrong ones I appologize. I have not removed pix taken on moviesets, and public events like the basebal game with Austin, but others, like him shopping ,working out or beeing with family.

But on my way I foun dthis and felt it deserved reposting...hope you are all ok with this :) I will go on other threads and have a look to, but not tonight

Have a wonderful pap free Jakezone :)

Thank you so much Esme!  A lot of work, I'm sure.  But going thru the first pages must be a pleasure.  :)

Just 2 pix from me tonight, as I have a dinner engagement.

From the Jarhead Premiere.  He is wonderful in shades of gray.  :)
