I love when he looks like this.  He is listening.  The camera might as well not even be on him, because he is not there for the camera, but for the person who is speaking to him.  Or so it seems to me.

I hope these aren't dups. :)
I love fuzzy Jake. <^(

And this one is just..... :d) Sorry can't muster up any words for it but I'm sure you all understand what I mean  ;)

(1) Doesn't matter if they're dups.

(2) The first picture, just divine, and not just the fuzz.

(3) But the second one...I don't have words, either.  It is Jake-magic.

This one is perfect. And shows just the right amount of living: a slight tan, lines in all the right places, just the right amount of fuzz, hair almost under control....sigh....perfection... <^(

A beautiful human being being human beautifully.

I know.. :d) :d) <^( <^(
The most difficult scene was the paragraph where, on the mountain, Ennis holds Jack and rocks back and forth, humming, the moment mixed with childhood loss and his refusal to admit he was holding a man.

- Annie Proulx -

From the vibration of the floorboard on which they both stood, Ennis could feel how hard Jack was shaking.

Thank you, Kathy ^f^

Here's one..

Blues on blue.  :)

I love this.  But I don't know if I have seen this exact pic -- can I see it regular?

kathy

Here's the regular :)

...and those pix where the eyes are a bit veiled.

Excuse me, I'm sorry, but is there any pix you don't appreciate?  Have we ever heard you say you don't care for a certain pic of Jake?  Try to find one for us, if you can.

kathy

I think that there isn't any ;)
