The most difficult scene was the paragraph where, on the mountain, Ennis holds Jack and rocks back and forth, humming, the moment mixed with childhood loss and his refusal to admit he was holding a man.

- Annie Proulx -

From the vibration of the floorboard on which they both stood, Ennis could feel how hard Jack was shaking.

This man is pure perfection..

I am nearly speechless.  This actually comes from one of my favorite series of snow pix...

I should fly to my love | Like a flake in the storm, | I should die, | I should die, | On his lips that are warm. (Sara Teasdale)

Now i'm speechless.. You find always the right words.. Very very beautiful again..Thank you, Thomas :^^)

God I'd love to play with him in the snow.

Ditto  <^(  <^(  <^(

We've got a lovely expression here, his hand and his neck....and a queue to play in the snow with him. <^(

I will be gone for most of Tuesday thru Friday on training.  How can I survive without the daily dose of Jake pix!?!

I shall try to log on for an hour or two every evening after the seminars!  :)

Thanks so much for feeding the obsession.  ;)

Good night, Friends.

Darn, I missed this last night, and now it's Wednesday -- so I hope I will see you have been able to log on each evening.

kathy

Thanks kathy.  Can't miss the Jake pix.  :)

Now that's what I call dedication! We are a bunch aren't we?  :ghug:
But as someone who never actually posts any pictures, just looks at and sometimes comments on ones other people post, my Thanks also to everyone who does, because without you, I'd have nothing to look at. ^f^

God I'd love to play with him in the snow. Two of my favorites things.  <^(

I am quite sure there is fire enough in him to warm you.  ;)
