The look challenges the viewer.  Still, it is quite beautiful, if not a bit too mannered...

Interesting.  A look that challenges.  I see what you mean.  The crossed-arms body language of course.  Generally, as we've all observed, Jake's looks are welcoming, giving of himself.

Beauty in shades of green... :)

My favorite...  (Yeah, right, as if I have a favorite.  How could one have only one favorite of a man with such a range?  But he's not really like a chameleon, because he is always fully recognizable Jake.  Just that he has so many looks, and it's not just his clothes.  Or maybe it is.  Clothes, hair, background, lighting.  I'm over-analyzing and didn't mean to.  All I meant was, what a beautiful man.

Lovely, lovely pic.  Is that Sofia Coppola?  I love how he is engaged with her.

His tongue braces against his teeth.  His hair is a whirlwind.  Overall, we see a zest for life.  :)

A bit earlier I asked, what is it about this pic?  You have answered it perfectly!

It is useless to resist him...

Their lips and eyes the same color :)

Looks like they would have had fun together.  Too bad then...

Look at the two women in the back.  The one in pink is clutching her pearls, just looking at the back of Jake.  The blonde one is staring daggers at Kirsten.

Love the shorter hair.  Funny, though -- looks like the woman beside him is talking to him, but he's staring off in the distance, lost in some daydream...

And serious...

That doesn't look like real serious to me, but faux serious.  Acting funny-serious.

The most difficult scene was the paragraph where, on the mountain, Ennis holds Jack and rocks back and forth, humming, the moment mixed with childhood loss and his refusal to admit he was holding a man.

- Annie Proulx -

From the vibration of the floorboard on which they both stood, Ennis could feel how hard Jack was shaking.

And let's not forget to constantly thank you, Twisted, for keeping us in Jake Pix!

kathy

Thanks :) And thanks to Greenfrog also :^^)

Yes, of course!  Late night here I get Twisted coming and Greenfrog going, or is it the other way around?

Soooo Handsome <^( <^(

Mr. V.P.

By the way, Twisted, why do so many pix have "normal" in the name?  I've wondered that for ages.

Another by the way, it's Friday night, and I'm tired of being a day or so behind in Jake Pix, so I'm determined to stay here until I get caught up to the present!  Tough job, but somebody's got to do it.

kathy

The pics are from iheartjake, and all their pics are named normal001 etc.. :)
