This one's OMG to me.  I just love him in this earth tone.  And I like his warmth and life juxtaposed with the hard lines of architectural detail also.

Another exquisite.. and luminous..dazzling.. breaht-taking..

Sigh...and the blue and pink.  I can't think of one other man whose coloring I have loved so much.  (Although I have not night after night looked at pictures of other men and studied every detail...  That could have something to do with it.)

Thoms, give me some words here.  Can it be possible, to keep seeing more beauty after more beauty?  It borders on the insane.  I surrender.

The room and the pose is a tad tacky, the face has so much class.  That's why there is a frisson in this pic that is quite delightful.  :)

Yes, that's what I was trying to say.  (And I love the word "frisson" (is that how it's spelled?) and keep forgetting to use it.)

kathy, I think we share the same aesthetic sensibility here.  Perfection does not always mean symmetry and neatness.  :)

Au contraire.  Exactly.

It is the eyes that sear the soul.

Eyes are such a mystery, amazing mystery.  They say so much in the most micro-mille-subtleties of movement and attitude.  And his eyes...speak volumes.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch here in San Diego -- I'm still 11 pages behind!!  I may or may not catch up tonight.

I know what you mean.  It is close to mine.  I shall pinpoint the look to you when I see it.

Actually, I lied --yes this is my favorite Jake...but I do have other favorite Jakes.  I can never pick just one.  And you can't either!

But this one for whatever reason suits me, my earth-toned, dreamy-eyed temperament or something.  But I sure can go for the others, too.

He was so serious in this.  He refused to reduce it to the level of a joke.  He is classy.

He did us all proud.  Especially at an event -- MTV -- that can often devolve into crudeness.

What a beautiful pic of him.  The pic is pure poetry to me.  There is no such like.

I am in complete agreement.

I am literally getting sick, taking in all this beauty in one go.

Now you're making me LOL seriously.  See a couple posts ago -- here I was asking you to help me find the impossible words...and  you're getting sick on me!

kathy, is this too much fuzz for you?  I suspect that you prefer it a bit more subtle...

No -- I do like it exactly like this.  Actually, have I indicated that I like less?  I actually like more, such as in MTV Awards pics-- more than fuzz, less than a full-blown beard.  Truth is, I kind of like any stage of facial hair I'm thinking.

I was trying to fins a large copy of this pic.  I need a bit more organization with my Jake pix/links... When I locate it, I will post it.  :)

I have ZERO organization of my Heath/Jake pix!  Though my Ennis/Jack pix are highly organized.

I love pictures of these two  <^( <^(

Me, too, me, too.  Odd we don't have threads for Heath-and-Jake pix, and Ennis-and-Jack pix.

Kathy, go to the characters, quotes and scenes board. There's an Ennis and Jack picture thread there.
