kathy, I also love the pix with architectural details.  I know this is "old" bit it remains my favorite architectonic Jake pic:

Okay, yes.  His very fluid posture against the lines of the posts -- quite fine.

carbyville , kathy and I have been discussing how earth tones seem to go well with his look/complexion.

Yes, indeed he does...but then there's his stunning black/white formal wear beauty, too.

My life's joy and incense...  impeccably handsome, a miracle...  (Cavafy)

Ah, thank you -- words to match his most beautiful beingness.

Then, I always marvel at how he seems to always maintain such grace.

Fellow Jakeys:  Sunday night...and here I am again like ten pages behind.  But I might spend the rest of this evening catching up.  So many riches!  Great new pix here lately.

Hello Kathy  :^^)
I adore any picture of Heath and Jake at the SAG awards. They were so cute together  <^( <^( <^(

Don't know whether I'm allowed to put this link here, but I just saw a nice vid on YouTube that made me smile :

Real cute Jake pics with funny song

Thanks!  Cute and funny, yes!  Maybe it should go on Music Vids thread...but I don't know.  But while we're questionably posting vids here, here's one of my favorites.  By Ravenus a long time ago, and it's not just Jake, but both Jake and Heath, "I'm Too Sexy."

That's the pic of the week Twisted  - Indeed very very OMG  <^(

Everything we like.  Great hair, eyes that make you swoon, the kissable pink lips.  Lovely skin coloring with the perfect spice-brown suit.  The hollow at the base of his throat.  And the man inside who expresses all of this to the world.

This has always been one of my very favorites.  I like the smile lines around his eyes.  I forsee his slightly later years and the incredibly even more handsome man he will be.

400 pages of amazing Jake pictures. &**)

We rock!!  Jake rocks!!

And do we have a new convert?  Is Philchel seeming to be a daily/nightly hanger-outer here with a serious case of Jake appreciation?  Oh boy.

The most difficult scene was the paragraph where, on the mountain, Ennis holds Jack and rocks back and forth, humming, the moment mixed with childhood loss and his refusal to admit he was holding a man.

- Annie Proulx -

From the vibration of the floorboard on which they both stood, Ennis could feel how hard Jack was shaking.

Doesn't my last pix remind you of Rimbaud?

Yes.  Fascinating.  As I mentioned earlier, all of Jake's different persona -- he is amazing.  But a little while ago, a bit more youghful, he does have that look that would fit the mad genius of another era.  Not that he doesn't still have that --  he does.  He can have such a wide range, I think, even though his looks now would seem to cast him more like a Cary Grant/leading man.

Sometimes I wonder...I mean, we are just a tad obsessive here.  I wonder if there were on-line fan groups for, say, Leonardo DiCaprio, that would go into such detail as we do.  But it seems to me those were teenage girl groups.  Just a stray thought.  And now back to the subject at hand...

I don't share that opinion - love him much more without glasses

I would just say a different style of glasses would suit him.  Not these especially.  But basically, better without glasses of course, so we get his eyes without distraction.

Twisted, you are tripping me out tonight -- so many wonderful not-seen-before pix!  Thanks.

I have to stop now, though I'm still a few pages behind.  I can't do this up until the moment I go to bed -- I don't fall alseep too easily!  (Visions of sugar plum Jakes...)
