Very beautiful, very. Not only the coloring, but the expression, the mood. And also, you can see a lot of asymmetry in this face. I don't know why they say symmetry is the desirable perfection, when the asymmetry is what gives Jake's face such interest and mobility even when still. But we've had this discussion before, about how in some cultures, such as the Japanese, they value the asymmetric, the mar and the flaw, the irregular mark across an otherwise empty field. Not to get too artistic -- I just love all of Jake's asymmetries!

kathy

Caricature brings out the asymmetries in Jake. But even if specific features are distorted/exaggerated, we still recognize Jake:

Oh, I've always loved this pic. (And Heath is sitting separately off to the side -- hmm...) I love, love how Jake looks here, and I love how Ang looks here.

kathy

There are so many beautiful pix of them both. This is my favorite:

This is the most subtle of all the pix in that series. I do like it a lot. Thanks, roco.

As I mentioned before, Jimmy seems to be the only 3-dimensional character in the movie...

Thanks Rosie

His look here is perfect. Don't you agree, kathy? This is near the ideal Jake look. And the eyes are piercing blue shafts of light directed at the viewer.

Up to a foot of snow is expected in Chicago tonight. And the temperature will be below freezing.

Winter has come. We need something to keep warm.

Good night!

I guess that answered my question -- the pic I asked about is from Zodiac? The following ones I could tell they were. Thanks! None I had seen before. Yes, me, too, can't wait!
