I love this one, too.  He's so cheeky, as the Brits say.  Saucy, the smirk and the hand in his shirt.  I like it, too, though, because of the pink pants.  Any man who will wear pink pants...

kathy

Pink can be a lovely shade on a man like him.  :)

Oh god, that profile.   <^(

I do love his profile, christie.  :)

But I am not blind to the frontal shots, either!

Thomas the Torturer.  Killing us with kindness.  And beauty.

kathy

Thanks kathy.  But there are a lot of "killers" in this forum, no?  :)

That's true, now that I t hink of it like that.  Since he does manage to pretty much keep himself out of the spotlight, when he is at an appearance, he is fully there.  He has said that, I think.  That he enjoys it.

kathy

It's nice that he doesn't take himself too seriously in the public events.  He is not full of it.

Even the BAFTA joke was certainly an attempt at light-heartedness.  Some people may look at it as immaturity.  But he probably knows more than most people how pretentious Hollywood and the movie world can be, especially when seen in the light of bigger issues.

I can't watch it anymore... As I am new I 'm trying to catch up with everything, but after seeing about 60 pages with Jake's photos, my eyes can't stand more...

I feel hungry... thirsty... withered... stunned...

Why I am not a teenager any more? I would wallpaper my room with his photos and nobody would be surprised  8)
And there's still 200 pages with his photos and the whole topic about Heath before me!
It's not for my nerves ...

This forum can drive one insane.

I watched The Day After Tomorrow for the first time last night.  I don't have much to say about the film, but god, Jake looked sexy. And I loved that coat he wore.

I agree.  He probably did it more out of commitment to raising public awareness of environmental issues...

It's his ONLY blockbuster movie, BTW.

The most difficult scene was the paragraph where, on the mountain, Ennis holds Jack and rocks back and forth, humming, the moment mixed with childhood loss and his refusal to admit he was holding a man.

- Annie Proulx -

From the vibration of the floorboard on which they both stood, Ennis could feel how hard Jack was shaking.

Love that pose - it's like he's saying, "Am I cute, or what?"   ;)

Why yes, yes, you are, Jakey.   <^(

Or else he's saying, "Here I am, come and get me if you want me."  Watch me faster than a speeding bullet be first in line.

I love how his tie seems to be gravitating to one side.

Me, too.  Crooked smile, crooked tie -- poetry in motion, huh?

Ten-Chi:  Join the club.  I know exactly what you mean...and you said it so darling!  That if we were teenagers, yes, no one would think twice about this crazy passion.  Well, then, so be it.  So we're adult teenagers -- nothing wrong with that!   (^)

I was somewhat late coming to this party myself, and I also indulged in pages upon pages of Jake and Heath pix, and just fell more madly and deeply with every one.  :P

So just give in and enjoy it.   ^-^
