christie, I was trying to find the reference in some of my notes to the pix, but can't seem to find it.   Oh well, I'll look for it.  Too many things to  keep track of...
:)

Dont worry about Thomas, I am just being curious.  Just keep posting pics, that will do me fine.   :)

He's the one bright spot in a tough day at work.  Considering that it will be tougher as the week progresses, I'll need all the Jake pix I can get!

Good night, friends.  I'll see you tomorrow.  :)

This is also a great Jake scene:

Love the short hair; love the eyebrows.  And is he biting his lip?  Charming...

To Thomas. To die for profile of his.

He looks so good in all these appearances...but this one is simply exquisite.

The most difficult scene was the paragraph where, on the mountain, Ennis holds Jack and rocks back and forth, humming, the moment mixed with childhood loss and his refusal to admit he was holding a man.

- Annie Proulx -

From the vibration of the floorboard on which they both stood, Ennis could feel how hard Jack was shaking.

I'm so glad you said that. I was beginning to think 'what the hell does carrots mean?' But I guess it's from the movie huh?  And Thomas, How long till the movie run ends in Chicago?   I know you're tired, but, it's happy tired, yes?  ;)
Danny and me, Danny and me,  Danny and me and the sea,
Bobbing out of Pleasure Bay, the islands on our lee;
Spectacle, Georges, Gallops, the sun-wash on the brine
Castle Island where Skovo danced a bear-dance in bear-time.
The Golden Boy has chosen, I know what I will be
Danny and me, seanchai, Danny and me and the sea.

I'm more tired because of work.  God only knows that it's Jake that makes things bearable. I would watch the movie without any hesitation if I were not too tired out from all the work these days...

I won't spoil the movie for you, Rosie.  Don't worry.

You know that it is Fincher's most critically acclaimed movie now?  And Jake was a big part of this!  It is typical that it is not doing well in the US and movies like "Wild Hogs" and "300" are raking in the profits.  What happened to good taste in movies?
