How I'd love to witness that one handed shirt removal in person  (t) I can see why she cries here- I'd cry too  ;)

I thought GP kind of just lay there like a lump. I wanted to hit her over the head with a frying pan screaming, "Get a clue girlfriend! That's Jake !@#$ Gyllenhaal on top of you. Are you on crack?" So basically I just ignore her and focus on Jake and, man, that one-handed shirt removal. Heavens to murgatroid!! Reminds me of the one-handed belt removal in Brokeback. Oh our Jakey. A man of many talents.

Wow. We're certainly having a Jake Movie Marathon here. Let's see, Highway - check. Jarhead - check. Bubble Boy - check. Proof- check. Zodiac - check.  Now what are we missing? Oh yes...

Care for a walk in the Moonlight?

I'm usually too busy staring at the muscles defined in that brown shirt to notice how both of them have their hands on their hips. Reflections of each other. Cool.

Okay, so where was I? Oh yes, Donnie. Smurfs. I love this scene. I always laugh because he gets to shoot a rifle type thingy in a lot of his movies, it seems. Well at least 3 that I've seen.

All right now back to Donnie, yet again. No I am not posting that couch picture. I'm posting this one because it's my favourite, I love his foot sticking out . Plus it's time for me to go to bed so this pic seems appropriate. Happy Jake Dreams and don't let the bed bugs bite. But if they do, make sure they have the initials JBG!  :^^)

Oh my god, why did I never notice that arm before?  Holy moly, I want to touch it and scratch it and lick it!

Em, all your movie pics have been amazing.  You know how much I love MM and the dance scene....*sigh*  so beautiful and romantic.  And his coat in that scene reminds me of Jack's coat.

Just a little straying here.  You know how important the music is to us, the movie viewers.  So, I always find it interesting that the actors did not have the soundtrack experience that we viewers have.  So, I wonder how Jake (and Heath) felt about the music when they watched the movie.  And I wonder how many times Jake has watched BBM, or any of his movies.  And does he appreciate, as we do, that Rufus wrote these beautiful songs as a gay man, for a story about men in love?  I just love that.

kathy

From what I remember in one of the articles I read, Jake's reaction to the film viewing as a whole was recorded: I think he turned to Heath and said something to the effect that he was blown away.

I think I've not seen this.  I've seen lots of pix from this shoot, but not this one.  Boy, he sure is putting on a beautifully "mean" face.  It's in every atom of his body...but mostly his eyes.  They are not usually so intense in a mean or hateful or threatening way.  Fascinating.

kathy

Even when he puts on the mean look, he is so lovely.  Yes, the eyes seem to light up his entire face.

His gentler look can kill.

You think so?  I mean, it's not from the film?  (I only watched it once, you know.)  So it's like a moment in a pensive break from filming?  Divine.

kathy

He was wearing a suit in the film, no?  So that pic must have come fom one of the takes that was later discarded...
