So, right now I don’t want to change any sex scene, but, like always, I wish I could add a pair of things, but not exactly in the sex scenes we know, but in other scenes, though it has something to do with kisses or scenes where there are kisses, so I hope this is the right thread for it.
You see, I’d really like to hear that utterly sweet and heart-melting “little darling” in the reunion scene. Those little words say so much about Ennis, his feelings for Jack and his inability to control his emotions after fours years without Jack. To hear Heath’s honey deep voice saying that tender endearment would have been totally beautiful, haunting and breathtaking.
I get goosebumps just thinking about it….
Then, I’ve always wondered how Ennis and Jack said goodbye the last day of their fishing trips. Did they only hug tight? Or did they kiss too? I’d really love to see a goodbye scene. That last time they see each other, I’d like that Ennis, instead of saying Jack that he can’t make it in August, knock over Jack’s hat again, hold his face between his hands and kiss him hard and long, again, just like he did in the reunion scene.
