where will/did you buy the DVD?
« on: Mar 12, 2006, 02:43 PM »
I want to know where will you buy the DVD when it comes out.

Orginally I want to buy it online, but now I want to buy in a physical store (e.g. Walmart, Target, Bestbuy, compusa....)

I want to surprise the cashiers, especially those who haven't seen the movie yet. I want to show them how popular it is.

And, of course, I will feel very pround of myself when I check out.....(cry)

I kind of like the offer from Wolfe Video. You get the BBM bandana
and the price is less than many stores.

I'm getting the first one online...I want to have it on its first day!!

When you order with amazon, even if the release date is on a monday, you usually get it on the saturday just before!!! I can't wait to place my pre-order!!!

I usually pre-order from Amazon but they don't have anything up yet. They have an option to email you when it becomes available but I keep checking anyway.

I'm buyiing online, Wolfe probably. I want that bandana! But I'll buy the ones I'm gonna give away from any local store that carries it to show my open support for this masterpiece.

I'm not sure yet, but I think maybe 'best buy' or 'borders'...  What I'm sure of is that I will buy more than three copies at the same time but in different stores so that BBM sells everywhere as well!

I want to know where will you buy the DVD when it comes out.

One copy is on it's way through pre-order on the web, but I'll be buying two other copies, at least, the day it's released, most likely from HMV.

Although,I like the idea that's been expressed about buying it from various locations, to show more people in the industry how popular BBM is with it's fans.  There are at least a dozen video stores within walking distance of my office, so I may take that route.  Thanks for the idea.

I have three copies on order from Wolfe Video. I have always found their service and delivery dates to be excellent. And the bandana is nice, too.

I pre-ordered it at TLA Video online and have already paid for it a month or so ago.  I got an email from them last week that said it would be shipped to me on April 4th.  I hope it contains all the goodies that other DVD's have, like the out-takes and such.

I'm pretty sure all it has are a couple of documentary things, but at least you'll have the movie.

The moment it goes on sale, I will be at the nearest store, prob. Best Buy, in person, to grab up my copy.
