MIne is "it could be like this, just like this" cause i feel it's the spirit of BBM, Jack being romantic and hopeful and
Ennis then launching into this response. But it's also so universal, we all want it to stay in that special place
and we just can't.

Because.. I think it's really beautiful and sad quote. And I don't know.. It's just something I really feel like for the movie and for the "real life"....

I like all of the quotes, how could I not? But I voted for "This is GD bitch of an unsatisfactory situation" I guess because I keep using it in conversation. Actually a lot of "BBM speak" is making it's way into my vocabulary but that's the one I use the most.

It can be applied to so many things in life and so many things in the movie and related to it.

I'm surprised that it hasn't become more of a catch phrase.

Yes, Keren, that's mine,too: It incorporates both feelings of the "If you can't fix it...." and the closest we come to "I love you": "The truth is sometimes I miss you so bad I can hardly stand it" ...but I'm going to have to stand it, live with it, and somehow survive! just saw movie again after 4 week gap

the " gotta stand it " speech from Ennis breaks my heart --- it looks like he 's about to cry and then jack touches his cheek --- it's like jack has "seen" the demons that haunt Ennis.

BUT the most meaningful quote to me is still " Sometimes i miss you so much i can hardly stand it " . Its the way he says it as well as the words --- 20 yrs of longing --- of half living and always the need for Ennis. No matter what else they both put in their lives , they're not alive unless they're together. Normal day to day life is pretty much a sham ---- and what they feel for each other shows what could be poss in a different world. It's so cruel.

Y'all are gonna make me cry talking about this quote so much. I haven't seen this movie in more than a month probably, and I have to stay on here for awhile each day and look at youtube for like twenty minutes to get my Brokback fix. I'm gonna cry my ass off when he says it after I buy the dvd.

For me "Nobody's business but ours", I love the way Jack says that but also it's like a premonition of what their love story is going to be.
And then "I wish I knew how to quit you", there's so much desperation in his voice, he probably sees the end is near. OMG he didn't know what an awful end :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(
