Brokeback No. 13 at the Box Office in Croatia

okay, so here's the deal- I bought a movie magazine here in croatia last week ( it's called Hollywood ) and they published a list of the 'most seen' movies this year- so from january 'till june- and Brokeback took the 13th place. I know that doesn't seem like a high place or anything, but considering the fact that people don't go to the theaters as much as they used to being No 13 is amazing, trust me on this one... 22,781 viewers saw it...the movie that took first place was seen by 152,379 people ( a croatian movie based on a famous book ) and The Da Vinci Code took second place with 89,280 viewers

and....

I just checked out the schedule of our local movie theaters and I was AMAZED to see that BROKEBACK IS YET AGAIN ON THE SCHEDULE!!!!!! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it....so I guess there's gonna be a 10th time for me after all.....I can hardly wait!!!!!

I just wanted to share with you guys that BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN is being BROADCAST on one of our croatian TV channels ( called Nov@ Tv ) at 11:30 p.m.- TODAY, the 24th of february ( which makes it all the more special since my birthday is one the 24th ( but of october, not february ;) but STILL.....:D ).

although I already have the movie on both dvd and divx ( and on two different langauages- english and german :D ), I am SO recording this on my dvd recorder!!!! it's something I have absolutely no intention of missing!!!!

yeah, my thoughts exactly dear stephan!!! I was so glad when I heard our tv station is actually gonna broadcast the movie ( as a part of 'oscar movie nights' )!!!!! amazing!
