Ack!  So beautiful, even if I don't really go for caps...

He can make anything look beautiful...

Same shirt as the previous photo -- same event, I assume.  He need not smile to look exquisite...

"Layered" Jake.  :)  He'd look good in a Chicago winter...

I like much this 'Brother and Sister' pic.
Jake looks like Holden with his dark hair.
”It is said some lives are linked across time. Connected by an ancient calling that echoes through the ages. Destiny.”

Prince of Persia

"Jack, I swear -"  he said, though Jack had never asked him to swear anything and was himself not the swearing kind.

The eyes are slightly veiled.  They hide an inner fire...

What more can be said about pix from this series?  Beautiful?  Magnificent?  Superb?  Exquisite?

All these don't seem to do him justice anymore...

those eyes are like ice, and still i'm melting...

God, his eyes are really intense in this one.   You can see sharp points of white at the center of his eyes.  They are literally glittering...

Jake as activist...

He does well to go along the same lines as his sister: he does what he can for causes that he believes in, but he never seems to be high profile.  He seems to be a bit unlike many of the Hollywood activists, who really seem to relish the spotlight.

Excellent choices for B & W.

You certainly read my mind in the second one...

These 3 are certainly among my top favorites for today.  Thanks, Twisted.  :)

Thanks Thomas. :)

The most difficult scene was the paragraph where, on the mountain, Ennis holds Jack and rocks back and forth, humming, the moment mixed with childhood loss and his refusal to admit he was holding a man.

- Annie Proulx -

From the vibration of the floorboard on which they both stood, Ennis could feel how hard Jack was shaking.
