Aha!  So this is the picture we weren't going to admit we would get the whole set just for...  Yep.

I like this one . . . For some strange reason.

You don't have to have any reason, strange or not!

His face is a topology of light and shade.  Of beauty and feeling.

Good night.  :)

Omg !! He is beautiful. PERFECT!

The most difficult scene was the paragraph where, on the mountain, Ennis holds Jack and rocks back and forth, humming, the moment mixed with childhood loss and his refusal to admit he was holding a man.

- Annie Proulx -

From the vibration of the floorboard on which they both stood, Ennis could feel how hard Jack was shaking.

Absolutely.  He does this really well -- he is a balanced person, his masculine/feminine, and his "feminine" is the best of eminine, not the fakeness of what we think of as feminine.

kthy

Perhaps this is what makes him irresistible, no?  He appeals to our masculine and feminine sides...

Does he have something in his mouth?

I see him all the time with gum in his mouth (or a mint?).  He needs to watch that, big smiles when he's chewing.

kathy

Yes, it really isn't proper manners...  But I'd grant him anything...  :)

I like it because there is a tinge of shyness about his face.  He probably got asked a tricky question and he felt a bit self-conscious answering it.

True or not, I like the slightly awkward look.
