I love him in this series, but beyond him, I really like the very crisp photography -- you can see every little hair of facial fuzz and eyebrows.  Very nice.

I just LOVE this picture. He looks so cheeky, his expression is wonderful. The clothes look casual and warm, and he looks GEORGOUS.  <^(

Yes, wonderful coloring -- I love when he wears brown.  And the cheekiness as you said, Rosie, his lovely expression.  And the warm and cuddly factor of the sweater.  And I like his hair shorter like this -- shows a finely shaped head.

Precisely.  His look of repose robs me of repose.

Ironic, isn't it?

kathy

A pleasureable conundrum...

My heart races when I start to look at this thread...

I know.  Sometimes I stare at a picture, such as this one, and it's like my eyes can't quite take in what they are seeing, this amazing Jakeness.

I'm usually going, anf GF is coming ;D

So many exquisite pix of him...  And yet they probably pale compared to the flesh and blood original...

I wuld think so...but you never know.  Who knows -- we might see just the regular guy.  Yet if so, probably would still be stunned by his beautiful regularness.

kathy

If he is indeed a home-body, then he must be a bit shy (by actors' standards!)  I would find that charming.

I love homebodies :)  And especially who love to cook, and please people by feeding them.

Yours is a face of which I can forget | The color and the features, every one, | The words not ever, and the smiles not yet...

Beautiful poetry -- yours?

Alas, I am not that good.  ;)

Jake is a nice, tall man, but look how much bigger Heath is, or at least in this picture (maybe it's the angle) -- starting with taller at the shoulder and broader, too.  Thicker neck, fuller face.  Makes Jake look darn near petite!

I was thinking the same thing. Quite different than how they looked in BBM. Jack always looked to be the larger of the two. Heath must have lost a lot of weight for the role of Ennis.

Good evening all :ghug:

He's quite a dish.  :)

A dish, yes -- says this older woman.  This magazine is funny:  "For Young Women of All Ages" it says.  And "Older Women Younger Men -- Is It A Trend?  Jake G. Shows Us Why..."  Funny because we've been talking about that on "Why Women Find Men in Love Compelling" thread.

They've got it all wrong in this article!  It should read: it's not every day that you jump into bed with Jake Gyllenhaal...  ;)

Yes!  They've got it backwards.  Who cares about Jennifer?  A dime a dozen.  She should have paid them to make a love movie with Jake :)

Nothing against Jennifer Aniston, of course -- she's a doll.  Just using her in fun here.

And this one even more...

I love them all <^(

His hair has a strange appearance: like tongues of fire that descends on a chosen one.  Sorry if I get a bit scriptural here.  ;)

Okay, how about his hair is like the burning bush.

Amusing article!  :)

Okay he looks really young to me in this pic, yet the text says "later this year" (he's 23) he'll be playing the cowboy...etc.  He was this young when slated to do BBM?  If he's 23 here, then I think he passed some turning point within the year after this, maturing.
