You know that it is Fincher's most critically acclaimed movie now?  And Jake was a big part of this!  It is typical that it is not doing well in the US and movies like "Wild Hogs" and "300" are raking in the profits.  What happened to good taste in movies?

You are right!  For good cinema, the audience in this country can be so clueless...

TPE: titabeille, you are probably unaware of the rule that all Jack Twist pix should be posted in the Jack Twist screencap and pix thread.  My fault.

If you don't mind, I shall move your pic over to the Jack Twist pix thread.  It is such a beautiful Jack pic!!!!!!  Thank you!

...that's what he is.  Need I elaborate?  :)

The more he becomes well known, the more mean-spirited people try to pull him down.  But he is always the same: confident, but mindful that he still has a lot to learn.

Good night!  :)

The most difficult scene was the paragraph where, on the mountain, Ennis holds Jack and rocks back and forth, humming, the moment mixed with childhood loss and his refusal to admit he was holding a man.

- Annie Proulx -

From the vibration of the floorboard on which they both stood, Ennis could feel how hard Jack was shaking.
