The most difficult scene was the paragraph where, on the mountain, Ennis holds Jack and rocks back and forth, humming, the moment mixed with childhood loss and his refusal to admit he was holding a man.

I like this picture. Not only are J&E sweet and smiley, but i like to look around the camp and see how things have evolved since 1963. The fancier tent as well as cooking supplies and more than just beans (even though this is the trip when Ennis brought some, wasn't it? "Look what I brought"). Looks like Jack made sure that they at like kings on those trips, since not a whole lot (read: none) of fishing was going on.
