Sure looks like they've just finished a FNIT take and they're looking at the tapes. Jakes hair is all plastered down from lying on his left side and Heath's hair is all messed up from - well let's just say it's messed up.

You could certainly be right about that -- I like that idea, in the middle of the FNIT filming.  I was thinking it could be the wind, making Jake's hair like that...but nah.  They're also very intense -- they're not looking at the "Yee-haw" scene, for instance.

What a GREAT picture!  Yeah, let's say it isn't the wind & they just crawled out of FNIT.  It IS intense & makes me want to go watch it again.   :d)

I've just discovered these pics and you are able to see more in the scenes that we know and love.  I love the second one particularly, cos you can see Ennis's hand, like he's about to touch Jack.   <^(

Yes, beautiful, Christie.  I've watched the full-screen version, though I haven't gone through frame-by-frame.  These are divine -- the one you mentioned, where you see Ennis's hand; and also the next two -- I didn't know Jack had both his hands at sides of Ennis's face for this kiss.  Too beutiful.

OBG - Butterflies, indeed!!  :d) I noticed Ennis' hand in the movie, but not Jack using both hands in this third picture.  So beautiful & sweet!     :^^)

 :8  :8  :8  - dont know why, but your comment about Jakey getting into it made me laugh so much!  But he did though, you're right and it just takes this gorgeous scene on to another level, knowing that there was more going on than we initially thought.

Well, he was really into it or is really a great actor - both, I believe.  In an interview, I've mentioned this before, he said he was so afraid that tent scene wouldn't look realistic.  Does he KNOW how good he is?  Probably not.
