I was listening to music and i heard this

Im already there
Take a look around
Im the sunshine in your hair
Im the shadow on the ground
Im the whisper in the wind
Im your imaginary friend
And I know Im in your prayers
Oh Im already there

and i thought about Heath, hes the sunshine in our hair, the shadow on the ground and he will never leave us

I love that song   <^(
I really is such a sweet but sad song
I can understand why you would think of Heath in this song   :\'(  :\'(

Another song that always gets me too is Slipped Away by Avirl Lavinge   :-\\

I miss you
Miss you so bad
I don't forget you
Oh it's so sad

I hope you can hear me
I remember it clearly

The day you slipped away
Was the day i found
It won't be the same

I've had my wake up
Won't you wake up
I keep asking why
And I can't take it
It wasn't fake it
It happened you passed by

"The day I stop having fun, I'll just walk away." -- Heath Ledger

"For a moment in our lives, forever in our hearts." -- Heath Ledger, 1/22/08

"In the dark, I really felt like I could escape to anywhere.
To a place where anything could happen at any time.
Where chaos could reign but the world would never end."
-- Noah Mayer

I turn the page
My story ends
I say goodbye to all my friends
I know it's getting late
Now the light is on my face
I changed the clocks back again
And ask forgiveness for my sins
Cause I don't know where I'll go
Well this is all that I really know

I'll keep holding on
I'll keep singing my song
It gets me through it
I've got the scars to prove it
Well I know the road is long
But I'm staying strong
So don't cry
Cause this is not my last goodbye

I'm finding out the hardest way
You learn before you fall from grace
In shadows we can grow
We are the seeds we sow
Through every single hour fades
From sand to stone and rock to clay
It's bittersweet this symphony
Enjoy the gift that's given to you and me

I'll keep holding on
I'll keep singing my song
It gets me through it
I've got the scars to prove it
Well I know the road is long
But I'm staying strong
So don't cry
Cause this is not my last goodbye

The red rain is pouring down
And now my feet don't touch the ground
I'm lost between the stars and moons
I will see you soon

I turn the page
My story ends
I say goodbye to all my friends
I know it's getting late
Now the light is on my face
I changed the clocks back again
And ask forgiveness for my sins
Cause I don't know where I'll go
Well this is all that I really know

I'll keep holding on
I'll keep singing my song
It gets me through it
I've got the scars to prove it
Well I know the road is long
But I'm staying strong
So don't cry
Cause this is not my last goodbye

Let me play for you
Let this heart ring true
One more time
Just one more time

:\'(  :\'(  :\'(  :\'(  :\'(  :\'(  Cried while watching it.  If I've got it right, this is a video made two years ago. Really?
I can't believe it!!
Thank you, Lil Dwarf, for pointing it out.
It wrings my heart to think it's already two months without him.  :\'(  :\'(  :\'(  :\'(  :\'(  :\'(
And if I feel so bad and stunned, who knows how bad it gets for his loved ones. I really hope they might feel always his own hand on their own.

A young man from Australia was visiting here in San Diego -- he'd saved for a year, the trip of his life, to come to U.S.  Well, he was beaten and burned in a fire on the beach by some drunks.  He didn't die, but is in the hospital.  His parents have come here, from Perth.  There has been a huge outpouring of support for him and his parents, to try to compensate for such an ugly thing happening here, where we always welcome visitors.

Anyway, there is a benefit for him in April at an Aussie restaurant downtown.  I'll go, and I plan on giving an extra donation in honor of Heath.  I'm wondering if that's in any way inappropriate.  I mean, I'm contributing to the benefit for the young man and his family, but to me, it is also a way to honor Heath and where he came from.

kathy

Kathy - My God, what a terrible thing has happened! I'm so sorry!  :\'(
Your idea of giving a donation for that young man is not inappropriate, it's so sweet, and I'm sure
that Heath, from the place where he is now, agrees. I think that to help an Aussie fellow of Heath is a
really beautiful way to honor him.
All loving thoughts to that young man and his family.  :ghug:

Thank you, all of you.  What I meant by "inappropriate" was that the family might think, "This is about our son -- what does it have to do with Heath Ledger?"  See what I mean?  But I think indeed, Heath would always look out for his mates, so I'm just doing it for him.  It is for Rob, but it's also in honor of Heath.

Kathy- Yes, I see. But you're right, Heath would look out for his mates, and if he were here he would do it for Rob.
So you're doing it for both them.  That's a nice gesture.  O0

I was in Tokyo last week and left a prayer for Heath at Meiji Shrine on behalf of ennisjack. It is hard to believe that it has been two months.

What a wonderful thing to do, Ethan. Thanks.
He will be eternally missed, but he will never be forgotten

Christopher Nolan, accepting the Best Supporting Actor Golden Globe on Heath's behalf.

He was, as an actor and a professional and a human being, one of a kind

Charles Roven, accepting Heath's BAFTA.

This award tonight would have humbly validated Heath's quiet determination to be truly accepted by you all here — his peers within an industry he so loved.

Kim Ledger, accepting Heath's Oscar.

Ennis’s eyes gone bright with shock, mouth opening then closing again. “Love?” Ennis said finally, voice strangling in his throat.

Jack smiled sad. “Yeah, Ennis. Love.” Leaned forward and kissed Ennis’s temple, whispered, “What’d you think it was, all this time?”

here is a song that reminds me alot of heath i thought i could post it called "slipped away" by avril lavigne

Avril Lavigne "Slipped Away"
Album: "Under My Skin"
Copyright by RCA Records
Lyrics:
Na na, na na na, na na
I miss you, miss you so bad
I don't forget you, oh it's so sad
I hope you can hear me
I remember it clearly

The day you slipped away
Was the day I found it won't be the same
Ooooh

Na na na na na na na

I didn't get around to kiss you
Goodbye on the hand
I wish that I could see you again
I know that I can't

Oooooh
I hope you can hear me cause I remember it clearly

The day you slipped away
Was the day I found it won't be the same
Ooooh

I had my wake up
Won't you wake up
I keep asking why
And I can't take it
It wasn't fake
It happened, you passed by

Now you are gone, now you are gone
There you go, there you go
Somewhere I can't bring you back
Now you are gone, now you are gone
There you go, there you go,
Somewhere your not coming back

The day you slipped away
Was the day i found it won't be the same noo..
The day you slipped away
Was the day that i found it won't be the same oooh...

Na na, na na na, na na
I miss you
